It also allows me to confirm items and quantities you require are available for your event date.

There are two tiers of packages available for hire.
2. Complete package
Packages have a minimum order number of 10 settings, with a maximum of 20
1. BASE PACKAGE is our starting point.
This is perfect if you want to use your creative flair and do your own table centre decorations
$18 per setting- min $180 (10 settings)

3. COMPLETE PACKAGE: $33 per setting- min $330 (10 settings)
This is our top tier package and includes everything you need for your stunning table set up, incorporating the Base Package, and topped off with a beautiful table centre piece to enhance your special occasion.

· A beautifully curated table centre piece that includes vases, flowers, candles and other table décor stylishly coordinated with all that comes in the first two packages.
If you require extra flowers for your event, please mention this in your Reservation Request and we can discuss the additional costs.
Please note - packages do not include tablecloths, these can be hired at an additional cost.
Specially curated tablescapes can be accommodated based on availability of items, please submit the Enquiry form and we can discuss the details of what you require.

If you have opted to have beautiful blooms for your event, the hire period is Friday to Monday. This gives me the chance to pick the freshest flowers from the flower market early Friday morning and have these ready for a pickup or delivery time on Friday that will be agreed upon by both parties.
If you are hiring our Base Package that doesn't include fresh flowers, pick up/delivery is on Thursday afternoon and returns/pick up is Monday. Again, at a time we have agreed upon.
If your event is mid-week, pick up or delivery will be worked through after you submit your Booking Enquiry Form.
For all tableware hire packages, there is a minimum order of 10 place settings for each package. (max 20)
If you require delivery of your rental items, there is a minimum spend of $180.
For all other rentals there is no minimum spend for pickup.

These rates are approximates and include DELIVERY TO and then PICK UP from the event address.

Northern Beaches :
$75
For Suburbs outside of Northern Beaches but within the Sydney Metro area:
$125
Please note, this fee is variable and depends on the size of your order. When you complete your Booking Enquiry Form, enter your delivery destination and a quote on delivery will be included.
Yes, I do offer a pick-up option for orders. I kindly ask that the vehicle used to pick up your order be enclosed and large enough to securely hold all items rented. The number of items and boxes will be confirmed once the order is completed.
Orders may be added to or swapped dependent on availability of items. Fees are incurred for a reduction in your order within 14 days of event.
Absolutely! I would love to help your events come to life. If you would like to save valuable time on the set up of your rentals, please let me know in the Booking Enquiry Form and you’ll be given a quote on the cost. The cost is dependent on what and how much you have ordered.
Delivery doesn’t include set up costs.
Once you have received the confirmation email of your order, to secure your items, please jump back on the website and add the items to your cart and complete payment in full.
All bookings require a $100 security deposit at the time of booking, that will be credited back upon return and inspection of the rental items.

If you would like to pay via Direct Debit, just let me know and I will send through bank details.
TABLECLOTHS & NAPKINS:
After the event, please do not wash the napkins or tablecloths. Please ensure that all linens are dry to prevent mildew, free of any wax, food, or confetti, and placed back in any container/bag they came in. Napkins with stains that are still on napkins after professional cleaning and are deemed unsuitable for hire will be removed from our range and the customer will be charged for the cost of replacement.
TABLETOP RENTALS:
I kindly ask that you scrape and rinse plates and cutlery free of any food, and empty and rinse glassware. All items should be placed back into the containers they arrived in. Avoid leaving excess water in the bottom of any containers as any metal pieces may rust.
A FRAMES:
These beautiful pieces must be protected during and after the event - Please note if your event is outdoors, our rental items cannot be left outside and must be placed under cover or moved indoors until our scheduled pick up. Please keep in mind that wax will permanently damage our tables/furniture pieces. Heavily stained furniture is subjected to additional cleaning fees.
Of Course! I am more than happy to provide more than just the beautiful blooms that come with the Complete Table Package.
